I am asking two questions here, as i received a message, notifying me that i have to wait 40 minutes to ask another question.
Does anyone know of an alternative to however ? as I have exhausted however in the beginning of sentences.
e.g. The car is ready to be taken. However, if you are late, I will drive it away.
Also, is it formal to use “sheds light on” in a sentence ?
e.g. This sheds light on the matter in hand.
