I am finishing up my PhD this year in statistics, and am starting to search for applying to tenure-track research-oriented assistant professor positions in statistics/data science.

The websites recommended to me (and which I have been using the past several weeks) are as follows:

http://www.hercjobs.org/
https://chroniclevitae.com/

I have found about 30 positions to which I would like to apply. I have written my general documents (CV, cover letter, research statement, teaching statement) that I will simply tailor for each application.

However, I am wondering how to make the 3 recommendation letters easier for my writers? While I have not submitted any applications yet, I worry that I will need to e-mail my letter recommenders 30 different links?

Are there other websites that allow for recommenders to upload one letter that can be shared automatically across the 30 applications? Thank you.
